Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are looking forward to a wonderful and safe Vacation Bible School this year! The safety of your children is our highest priority, and to help ensure a smooth and secure dismissal each day, we will be implementing an updated sign-out process led by our church security team.
This year, dismissal will operate similarly to a school car line. Parents and guardians will remain in their vehicles during pickup.
- When you arrive, a member of our security team will greet you and ask for the name of the child(ren) you are picking up. You will also be required to show a valid form of identification.
- Once your identity has been verified, your child’s group leader will be notified via radio, and your child will be escorted to your vehicle by a security member. For the safety of all children, we will ONLY release them to authorized individuals listed during registration.
We kindly ask for your patience and cooperation as we follow these procedures, as they are designed to ensure every child is dismissed safely and efficiently.
